English Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags/labels intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments).

• Digital products or downloadable software.

• Products purchased on clearance sale or marked as "Non-returnable".

3. Return Process

• Contact our customer support team with your order ID and reason for return.

• We will arrange a pickup or provide instructions for shipping the item back.

• Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

4. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy

• If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please inform us during the return request.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

১. রিটার্নের যোগ্যতা

• ডেলিভারির ৭ দিনের মধ্যে পণ্য রিটার্ন করা যাবে।

• পণ্য অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত, অক্ষত এবং মূল প্যাকেজিংসহ সব ট্যাগ/লেবেলসহ থাকতে হবে।

২. যেসব পণ্য রিটার্ন করা যাবে না

• ব্যক্তিগত ব্যবহার্য পণ্য (যেমন কসমেটিকস, অন্তর্বাস)।

• ডিজিটাল প্রোডাক্ট বা ডাউনলোডযোগ্য সফটওয়্যার।

• ক্লিয়ারেন্স সেল বা “Non-returnable” হিসেবে চিহ্নিত পণ্য।

৩. রিটার্ন প্রক্রিয়া

• আপনার অর্ডার আইডি এবং রিটার্নের কারণসহ আমাদের কাস্টমার সাপোর্টে যোগাযোগ করুন।

• আমরা পিকআপের ব্যবস্থা করব অথবা পণ্য ফেরত পাঠানোর নির্দেশনা দেব।

• পণ্য পাওয়ার পর ও যাচাই শেষে আপনাকে রিফান্ড স্ট্যাটাস জানানো হবে।

৪. রিফান্ড

• রিফান্ড আপনার ব্যবহৃত মূল পেমেন্ট মেথডে ৭–১০ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে প্রসেস করা হবে।

• শিপিং চার্জ ও ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) ফি ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।

৫. এক্সচেঞ্জ নীতি

• আপনি যদি ভিন্ন সাইজ, রঙ বা অন্য কোনো প্রোডাক্টে এক্সচেঞ্জ করতে চান, তবে রিটার্ন রিকোয়েস্ট করার সময় আমাদের জানাতে হবে।

• এক্সচেঞ্জ প্রোডাক্টের প্রাপ্যতার উপর নির্ভর করবে।
